How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed online using the shopping cart facility (click on required products and select). Payments can also be made online using your Visa or Mastercard using the secure ANZ Payment Gateway facility.
Alternatively orders can be place over the phone by contacting Boxes Boxes Hampers on (08) 8278 5998 with phone payment available using your Visa, Mastercard or Amex card.
Products are also availabe in store in Adelaide at Blackwood Florist.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are generally made on Monday to Friday's only. Where an order is placed by 10 am same day delivery will generally be achieved within the Adelaide metropolitan area.
Orders to major rural centres in South Australia (ie. Port Augusta, Whyalla, Mount Gambier, Port Lincoln, Murray Bridge) will typically take two working days. Orders to other South Australian locations will typically be delivered within 5 working days.
Where a specific order date has been requested and adequate notice provided in accordance with the delivery times outlined above, the order will be delivered on the day requested.
Special delivery requirements outside of the above can also be met by contacting Boxes Baskets Hampers for a personalised delivery quotation.
What if no-one is home?
If no-one is at home when the delivery is made then your gift will generally be left in a safe place on the premises.
Boxes Baskets Hampers recommends that you organise your gift to be sent to a work address, as there is generally someone there to receive the item.
