All product and delivery prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

If there is a manufacturing fault with any of the items please contact us immediately with the details of the product.
Boxes Baskets Hampers is not directly responsible for any gifts damaged or lost during transportation, however please inform us immediately so we can take this issue up directly with the courier company.

Boxes Baskets Hampers reserve the right to substitute products that are unavailable or out of stock with a similar product.
Fruit baskets will be designed with seasonal produce that is available at the time of delivery so therefore may vary slightly from product image.
Containers on occasion may vary slightly from the product image due to supply.

Boxes Baskets Hampers utilise the expert services of local Adelaide couriers. Every care and effort is used to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of your gift. On the occasion of any unforeseen transport event (vehicle accident/road closures etc) you will be promptly informed.

Times
Most deliveries will be made during business hours; unfortunately time specific deliveries are unavailable. It may possible in extreme circumstances for a time order to be executed; however a premium loading will apply. Please phone our customer service directly for pricing.
Deliveries are made on Monday through to Friday – no weekend or public holiday deliveries are available.

Details
Please ensure all the Recipients details are entered correctly and all contact phone numbers are supplied. These details are very important to ensure you gift arrives as requested.
Boxes Baskets Hampers couriers recommend your gift be sent to the Recipient’s work place, as most people are not home during the day. At a residential address the gift will be left in a safe place on the door step if no-one is home. If this is not to your liking then you must state this when ordering.
A re-delivery fee will apply for incorrect address supplied; re-deliver to recipient if door step policy rejected; access to property unavailable or no safe place to leave gift (e.g. Apartment).

Presentation enhances the joy of the gift within. Every Boxes Baskets Hampers gift is packaged safely for transport and presented in our custom styled boxes and baskets. The gift is then complemented with our signature satin ribbons of Aqua and Chocolate. Your gift is then finished with your message, handwritten in a complementary gift card.
